Payment Policy: Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted for deposits. A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. Credit card deposits are processed the same day the reservation is made. In an effort to control costs, we request that the balance due upon arrival be paid in cash, travelers check or money order. Sorry, No personal checks accepted. We require a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice of cancellation to refund your deposit less a $50.00 service charge per cottage. Thirty-(30) days notice required for cancellation of holiday reservations or group reservations. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable unless the cottage/suite is rebooked. Rental Policy: We require that all guests of Naomi Village must be over 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Sorry, no pets allowed. Arrival and Departure Policies:
